End to end problem Solving A person who can identify and formulate a problem based on the gaps in existing processes, formulate hypothesis on possible solutions and analyze data to validate hypothesis and arrive at the solution which aligns with relevant stakeholders and achieving business goalsWork with stakeholders on implementation of recommendations and identify blockers ahead of time and think of possible workaroundsHold stakeholders accountable and ensure timely executionAble to foresee and work on challenges with implementation and identify other solutionsStakeholder Management: Collaborate with Technology, Sourcing, Finance, and Communications teamsChange Management:
Driving adoption of new tools, policies, and processes and communicating change impact and benefitsRequired Skills: Strong project management and consulting experience. Presenting and influencing senior leadership teamProactive, strategic thinker with a BizOps mindsetTools: Excel & PowerPoint (required); SQL & Power BI (preferred)Relevant Techniques: Business case creation. Cost Benefit Analysis, benchmarking, roadmap creation etc. Good to have: Familiarity with software compliance, optimization, and forecasting
