General Mission/Purpose:Lead the Supply Chain Transformation Workstream: Direct and manage projects focused on transforming and aligning logistics processes and network optimizationMain Activities: To build the masterplan for the transformation of MEA SC in coordination with MEA Operations, Quality, Claims and ICT teams, as well with the Global Management.To build the action plan in order to have sub-planning of the tasks for the transformation which is the integration of the ops, engineering, purchasing, OBT, Quality/Claims team to work on the alligned process.To design the reporting system in order to have the outcome on the tasks and finally on the ifferent steps on the masterplan.Strategic Project Management: Lead multiple projects from business requirement specification through to successful implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.Data-Driven Decision Making: Conduct comprehensive analyses to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management. Risk Management: Evaluate potential risks and ensure appropriate strategies are formulated to mitigate themProject Oversight: Oversee ongoing logistics projects to ensure timely delivery, adherence to budget, and alignment with transformation goals.
