Job Description
Role PurposeSupport the CTO in designing and executing the transformation programs, ensuring effective change management, performance monitoring, and alignment with Cenomi Retail’s strategic objectives. The role bridges strategic intent with execution and embeds a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Key Responsibilities Transformation Strategy & ExecutionTranslate the CTO’s transformation roadmap into actionable projects and workstreams.Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives aimed at value creation cost optimization and efficiency improvementSupport governance of transformation programs through progress tracking, KPI reporting, and issue escalation. Change ManagementDevelop and implement structured change management frameworks to support major initiatives.Design and deliver communication and training plans to ensure stakeholder alignment and adoption.Identify resistance points and define mitigation plans with HR and business leaders. Performance Management & CultureDefine transformation KPIs and establish performance dashboards.Promote a performance-driven, innovation-oriented culture across teams.Conduct periodic reviews to evaluate transformation outcomes and improvement opportunities. Collaboration & GovernanceCoordinate with Finance, HR, and Operations to align initiatives with budgets and timelines.Manage Transformation Committee reporting, ensuring regular updates to CSTO and CEO.Drive adherence to transformation governance standards and reporting cadence. Required Profile6–10 years of experience in management consulting or transformation roles (retail or consumer sector preferred).Strong understanding of operating model design, cost optimization, and change management.Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills.
