Transformation Manager

****All these roles are based in Amman, Jordan, do not apply if you are not interested in working in Amman, Jordan****Hiring for various finance transformation consultancy roles from senior consultant to senior manager level. Roles are all based in Amman, Jordan. Main duties include:Lead end-to-end finance transformation for enterprise clients — from target-operating-model design to execution — across business finance, controllership, GBS, operate, treasury, and finance strategy.Own the delivery: scope, plan, budget, risks, and stakeholder management to land benefits on time and to spec.Deploy and scale modern finance tech (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud, Anaplan, BlackLine, Coupa; TMS/BI) and drive adoption, data integrity, and controls.Diagnose pain points (process, org, data, systems), build the case for change, and implement streamlined workflows and KPI dashboards that lift performance.Translate financial data into clear insights and decisions for CFOs and business leaders; set up forecasting, cash, and close/reporting improvements that stick.Coach and develop junior team members; set quality standards and model a collaborative, delivery-first culture.Support growth: identify opportunities, shape proposals, nurture client relationships, and contribute to Deloitte thought leadership and market activity.Qualifications required:Bachelor's degree required in accounting, business, finance, or another business-related fieldMaster’s or MBA degree from a reputable university preferred.Excellent Project Management Skills, With the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Consulting experience is a must.Business fluency in both English and Arabic.At least 5 - 7 years of experience in Finance Transformation, Process Improvement, Or Consulting Roles, preferably within a large organization's finance team and/or a professional services firm.
