Together, we ensure strategic alignment and operational efficiency across the CIO Nordics & DACH Platforms organization. The Transformation Officer function is responsible for overseeing CIO Nordics & DACH Platforms finances, guiding and tracking saving initiatives, supporting resource allocation planning, help to catch any synergies opportunities, and providing regular financial reporting to the Leadership Team.About Your Future RoleIn this position, you will:Oversee CIO Nordics and DACH Platforms financial performance, ensuring transparent and accurate reporting.Propose, monitor, and evaluate cost optimization initiatives across the organization; measure their impact and recommend potential corrective actions.Provide financial reporting for the Leadership Team, highlighting progress, risks, and opportunities.Partner with leaders across the organization to identify transformation opportunities and support data-driven decision-making.Contribute to the planning of resource allocation within the organization and provide tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure adherence to financial and business objectives.What Makes You a Great FitWe’re looking for someone eager to make a difference.
