Transfusion Ambassador - Field Service Engineer Imunology Instrument

Requirements/Criterias:D3/D4/S1 Teknik Elektromedik.Minimum 5 years of experience working with laboratory equipment, specifically in the field of immunology instruments.Possession of a valid STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) certificate is mandatory.Familiar with working with computers and able to operate Microsoft applications, i.e. Excel, PowerPoint and Word (especially Excel skills)Strong experience in use of analytical tools and softwareSuccessful engagement with customers, specifically lab staff.Technical expert for product line responsibilityStrong communication skills (English)Ability to identify and drive resolution of issuesJob Desc & Responsibilities:Responsible to level 2 reactive call as well as preventive, proactive and predictive call. Provide backup first line service to the Ambassadors (Service interventions requiring less than 4 hours labor time).Schedule and perform planned maintenance activities.Assist with lab instrument installations.Success in this role is measured by service key performance indications level achievement, customer satisfaction score (NPS) and economical profitability and growth per district.Indicate the reporting relationships, products, budgets, throughput, level of contacts (internal and external), or other scoping measures this job is responsible for.Key Performance Metrics (Service Level Achievement, 100% renewal rate of profitable business, Customer Retention Rate, Net Promoter Score)
