Drive revenue growth and profitability for the division by formulating and executing targeted sales and marketing strategies and action plans across brands, SKUs/products, channels, and outlets—ensuring alignment with brand objectives in terms of market share, visibility, and overall performance. Responsibilities:
Develop strategic planning objectives & sales targets to set direction for the division Ensure that the sales force is properly equipped, trained and motivated to support them in achieving their targets Manage the price structure to achieve adequate margins in line with the budget Build and maintain professional relationship with the decision makers from the customer sides in order to develop the business Ensure that the sales personnel are adhering to the company policy & guidelines to maintain compliance Review and analyze Sales Force achievements to ensure meeting company objectives Responsible for directing the Sales personnel in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Conduct regular sales meeting to evaluate the performance & take corrective steps where necessary Ensure right pricing strategy in the market and suggest right promotional planning to drive sales. Conduct performance evaluation and appraisals (Quarterly & Annual) of the sales force for the Division to support internal promotion & succession planning decisions. Present monthly/quarterly business review to the company management and Principal Companies to control performanceResponsible for keeping track of division performance. Desired Requirements: Degrees & Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/MarketingKnowledge & Experience: 7 - 10 years of experience in a large FMCG company which are at the division management level.
