Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional translation and interpretation in Russian, English, and an additional European or African language during meetings and communicationsTrack reminders, priorities, and deadlines to ensure smooth daily operationsMonitor and follow up on the execution of shareholder instructionsOversee ongoing project statuses and report progressManage travel arrangements, meetings, and event coordinationProvide administrative assistance, including document preparation and correspondenceHandle both personal and business tasks with accuracy and confidentialityMaintain a professional appearance, adhering to a business-appropriate dress codeDemonstrate situational awareness regarding global political and economic developments relevant to business activitiesMeet tight deadlines, manage shifting priorities, and remain effective under pressureWork collaboratively within a team of experienced professionalsRequirements:
