Key Responsibilities Receive incoming goods, check for accuracy against delivery notes, and ensure the quality and quantity meet company standards. Inspect shipments for any damages or discrepancies and report issues to the Warehouse Supervisor.
Accurately record received items into the warehouse management system (WMS). Store products in designated areas, ensuring optimal space utilization and proper handling to prevent damage. Maintain accurate inventory records by regularly updating the warehouse management system Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and report discrepancies Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer requirements or internal requests.
Ensure that FIFO or FEFO procedure is practiced based on IMS to prevent discrepancy in the inventory system Implement Good Distribution Practice at all times Adhere to company policies and regulations Pre-Requisites (Qualifications & Experience)Candidate must possess at least a GCE O Level CertificateAt least 1 year of relevant working experience in a warehouse settingOrganizational SkillGood interpersonal and communication skillsMeticulous and detailed-orientatedSelf-starter and able to multitaskProactiveTeam playerMore About TransmedicTransmedic - Where the world's leading healthcare solutions meet the needs of our people.
