Then we are the right company for you!YOUR TASKSCoordinate and oversee the daily transportation operations within the warehouseSchedule and manage the dispatch of shipments to ensure timely deliveryMonitor and track shipments, resolving any issues or delays promptlyCollaborate with warehouse staff, drivers, and external carriers to optimize transport efficiencyMaintain accurate records of shipments, including invoices, delivery notes, and transportation logsEnsure compliance with all transportation regulations and safety standardsAnalyze transportation costs and implement cost-saving measuresUtilize transportation management systems (TMS) to streamline operationsCommunicate effectively with customers regarding shipment status and delivery schedulesAssist in the development and implementation of transportation policies and proceduresYOUR PROFILEBachelor's degree or relevant work experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferredProven experience in transportation coordination or logisticsStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in transportation management systems (TMS) and other relevant softwareSAP experience beneficial but not mandatoryKnowledge of transportation regulations and safety standardsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressureProblem-solving skills and attention to detailWE OFFERA salary between €2,580 and €4,722.
