Join us in shaping the future of defense with groundbreaking aerospace innovations. What You'll DoOrchestrate end-to-end logistics across suppliers, carriers, and warehouses—preventing disruptions and optimizing lead timesExecute import/export operations{{:}} plan bookings, track shipments, resolve exceptions, and ensure on-time deliveryPrepare and control trade & transport docs (EX-A, EUR.1, CMR, AWB, commercial invoices, HS codes, country-specific forms) and keep audit-ready filesClassify products and maintain HS codes; coordinate with customs brokers to ensure correct declarations, duties, and taxesManage permits & licenses{{:}} temporary imports/returns, export licenses for strategic/dual-use goods, and ADR compliance (incl. DG documentation)Run ERP/TMS daily{{:}} create orders/shipments, maintain shipping profiles and master data, post goods movements, and reconcile inventoryReport and analyze operations in Excel/Word and share insights with stakeholdersCollaborate with Purchasing, Engineering, and Production to secure material availability, align priorities, and remove bottlenecks; negotiate with suppliers/forwarders when neededDrive continuous improvement{{:}} map processes, reduce errors and lead times, and implement best practices/system enhancements (ERP/WMS and scanner/RF workflows)Support audits and inspections (customer/government) with timely documentation and corrective actionsFlex with changing priorities, acting as point person for urgent shipments or after-hours escalations when requiredRequirementsWhat You'll NeedStrong organizational and problem-solving skills with a structured approachExperience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse coordinationProficiency in ERP systems and transport management toolsExcellent communication and negotiation skills to connect with suppliers and cross-functional teamsFluency in English and DutchProven experience with international import and export operations and trade complianceAbility to prepare and manage transport and customs documentation (EX-A, EUR.1, CMR, AWB, commercial invoices, HS codes, and country-specific documents)Experience handling permits and licenses (e.g., temporary import, export licenses for strategic goods, ADR)Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with Microsoft Dynamics is preferred, including setting up/managing shipping profilesFlexibility and a detail-oriented mindset to support smooth end-to-end logistics processesNice-to-HaveKnowledge of aerospace or manufacturing supply chainsFamiliarity with cost-optimization strategies in logistics operationsWho You AreYou're not just managing logistics—you're engineering efficiency.
