Transport plannerApplication Deadline: Dec. 1, 2025Location: TanangerWe’re now looking for a Road Transport Planner based in our office in RisavikaIn alignment with our strategy for business growth and profitable sales through competitive offerings in clean energy and customer solutions, we need to strengthen our operational team at the Risavika office.The role is a part of a dynamic and positive team managing Gasum's logistic operations in northern Europe. Main duties include efficient planning of upcoming operations, interface coordination and cost verification.It's a temporary position with possibility for extension, or permanent. Reports to Head of Logistics Operations.Your main responsibilities will be:As a Transport Planner at Gasum, you will be responsible for the operational management of our road transport deliveries to our filling stations and customers.Your key responsibilities include:Operational and tactical planning, monitoring, and execution of deliveries by established timelines, regulatory standards, and the overarching company strategy.Order administrationOperational coordination of contractor activities and customer requirementsDay to day planning of transport activitiesUtilization of systems to monitor customer tank levels, formulate delivery plans.Adherence to Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HMSK) standards, ensuring meticulous compliance with all delivery agreements, contracts, and regulatory requirements.Reporting relevant information to Gasum's planning system for optimized future planning scenarios.Qualifications and experience:Strong understanding of IT tools, experience with logistics planning systems and their applications.Commitment to upholding Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HMSK) standards.Strong communication skills to be able to effectively collaborate with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Fluent in English and Norwegian.Education and experience level:Minimum Bachelor in logistics.
