Transport Supervisor - PMV

Role Description: Responsible for scheduling drivers, routing deliveries, and ensuring that vehicles are safe and meet legal requirements.Responsibilities:- Set up monitor and report all the activities related to transportation operations and in a timely and accurate manner.- Ensure to fulfil all activities required from the plant in terms of fleet management to meet project schedule.- To ensure timely compilation of all reports and summaries within Fleet Management section.- Generate/submit relevant reports in a timely and accurate manner.- Monitoring & recording of attendance of drivers/operators daily.- Coordinate with site transport team for the arrangement of PMV & Manpower allocation as required. - Accommodation arrangement for drivers & operators.- Perform condition inspection of the fleet and ensure that the fleet is washed and always cleaned.- Conduct regular visits to the transport fleet's loading / offloading sites to ensure efficient and safe loading and offloading operations.- Manage, plan and forecast the transport capacity and route planning.- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as designated by Transport Manager.
