This includes driving system upgrades and workflow redesigns to enhance logistics performance, reduce operational costs, and deliver a superior transportation experience to both internal and external stakeholders.Transportation Process Optimization – Analyze existing transportation workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Lead the design and implementation of optimized operational processes to improve delivery accuracy, reduce lead times, and increase overall throughput.System Transformation and Upgrades – Collaborate with IT and operations teams to design, upgrade, and deploy logistics management systems. Ensure that system enhancements align with business goals, support scalability, and improve data visibility and decision-making capability.Cost, Efficiency, and Experience Management – Develop and execute cost control strategies for vehicle utilization and route planning. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure high operational efficiency while maintaining or improving service experience for customers and internal users.Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Management – Oversee the performance of external logistics partners, including their operational compliance, cost structure, and service delivery. Establish strong governance and performance review mechanisms to ensure alignment with company objectives.Continuous Improvement and Performance Tracking – Take full responsibility for driving improvements in cost efficiency, delivery timeliness, and service quality.
