Tasks and duties will vary based on changing priorities and missions. Duties include projects, shipment track and trace, vendor relations, customer service, carrier performance reporting, metric management, reporting and information dissemination, and leading task/project oriented meetings.Major Duties and Responsibilities:Coordinate and execute projects as per Managers requests/instructions Execute project plans to drive continuous improvementEnsure SOPS, SWIs, processes are documented, updated and properly communicated to reflect customers needs clearly to carriers & 3PLsCoordinate with multiple warehouses, carriers, and service providers to solve problems. Work closely with Command Center to identify trending carrier issues for resolutionMonitor Transport ticket flows ensuring quick response and resolutionAnalyze performance data and identify process improvement opportunities Manage and negotiate ongoing delivery issues/opportunitiesAbility to create and provide presentations on performance levels to vendors and customerProactive approach to cost saving, consolidation, and on-time performance initiativesFacilitate regular meetings with Carriers/3PL’s/SuppliersSupport other Team members when applicableQualifications2+ years of transportation and logistics experience. Dutch & English Speaker requiredMust be eligible to work in the NetherlandsExperience working with AI systems desirable Experience with air, road, and ocean transportation desirable High-tech or Critical Logistics experience a plusDynamic personality; comfortable speaking in public. Accustomed to leading meetings with customers, vendors and key stakeholdersMultitask and re-prioritize work as needed Ability to anticipate issues/negative outcomes and work to resolve proactivelyStrong organizational, time management, and written/oral communication skillsAbility to adapt in dynamic environmentAptitude for learning new software applications and technology platformsHighly motivated, results-driven attitudeAdditional InformationLogistics operations background required. Effective communication skills, Import & Export background, attention to detail, strong knowledge of excel (google sheets), power-point (google slide) required. Ability to read and understand data.
