Good food also respects our planet and protects resources for future generations.Get to know us better at www.nestle.comJoin Nestlé Team and be a Force For Good!We are currently looking for a Transportation Specialist to join our Operations team.Location: İstanbulType of contract: PermanentAs a Transportation Specialist, you will have the following responsibilities;Follow daily orders, organize with CSC (Customer Supply Chain) and 3PL(Third-Party Logistics) to deliver the orders timelyOrganize the delivery of stock transfer orders in close collaboration with DRP (Distribution Requirements Planning)Create, Organize, and share route table with all related parties (Eg, Distribution, CSC, Sales etc.)Monitor spot delivery orders, negotiate with carrier companies to secure the best price, and ensure successful execution.Report all transport-related KPIs on time and inform relevant team members.Identify root causes of issues using the NCE (Nestlé Continuous Excellence) methodology.Utilize our tools (SAP , Excel etc.) to create and plan shipments  Ensure internal and external stakeholder’s requirements being respected Ensure compliance with operational cut-offs  Be cost and service level driven Ensure achievement of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) within agreed timelinesCreate a strong connection with Warehouse, DSP (Demand and Supply Planning), Customer Supply Chain and SalesBeing involved in continuous improvement activities (new projects, new developments…) Challenge yourself to improve your job and develop new skills Which profile are we looking for?Excellent command of English (written and spoken)Bachelor’s degree in a relevant fieldMinimum 3–4 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, and planningPrevious experience in logistics operations is an advantageKnowledge of SAP is a plusAdvanced MS (Microsoft) Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)What are our employee community values?Safety, quality, compliance and respect are pillars for our community existence.Respect is our overaching value in Nestlé.
