We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team and support the full spectrum of human resources functions. As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws in all states we operate in, and promoting best practices across all HR functions.
You will serve as a point of contact for employees and managers and corporate, providing guidance and support in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, benefits, training, and policy administration. Compensation and benefits for this position include an hourly rate ranging from $31-$36 per hour ($65,000-$75,000 annually).

Support and coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes across multiple marketsMaintain employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulationsAssist in benefit administration including enrollments, changes, and employee inquiriesPartner with managers to address employee relations issues, performance management, and disciplinary actionsSupport training and development initiativesAdminister HR policies and procedures consistently and fairlyParticipate in audits, reporting, and HR projects as neededFoster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement and communication initiativesEducation and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred3-5 years of HR experience; generalist experience strongly preferredWorking knowledge of employment laws and HR best practicesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience a plusProfessional certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus but not requiredPhysical Demands: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerAbility to occasionally stand, walk, bend, and reachMust be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times (e. g.
