If so, let’s talk more!The Coordinator (based in Turkey) is responsible for supporting the team of Global Study Managers in the planning and operations of active clinical trial studies. The Coordinator is the main point of contact for patient communications and the management of all patient travel and logistical details.Please note: This is a contract-position. It is part-time, potentially up to 20 hours per week, and pays on an hourly basis. Hours are not guaranteed.ResponsibilitiesManages travel and transportation budget for trial participantsParticipates in discussions with vendors and internal team members regarding trial participant requirementsSupports hospital or clinical staff relating to trial participant enrollments and visit schedulesPromptly responds to all inquiries of the trial participants and hospital/clinical staffContributes to managing projects to profitable level through efficient work processActs as point of contact for patient communication regarding air, hotel and ground accommodationsMaintains accurate data including setting up databases and transferring data between internal operating systemsAids in producing reports as requiredWorks with Global Study Manager to outline needs and requests of clients and patientsContributes to managing projects to profitable level through efficient work processRequirementsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experienceBilingual required - both Turkish and English required; Greek preferred2+ years of experience in the travel industry and/or pharma industry preferredWorking knowledge of Microsoft OfficeAbility to learn new procedures quickly and efficientlyHighly organized and plan-oriented; adept at prioritization and follow-upExcels in cross-departmental communicationConfidence and follow through in decision-makingWorking ConditionsPrimary work environment is from a home office with personal computer and telephoneMinimum technology required, including updated operating system, anti-virus software and password protected devices.
