We have offices in Kyiv and Warsaw.Here are some details we would like to share with you:Nebula is #1 in its niche in terms of downloads and revenue targets;65 million users worldwide;Users from 50+ countries;4.8 — our average AppStore rating (with more than 215 thousand ratings).OBRIO's achievements and team's expertise were shared in Tier-1 international and Ukrainian media, organizations, and brands such as Forbes Ukraine, TechCrunch, VECTOR, The Next Web, Tech.eu, Entrepreneur Media, Fast Company, AIN, IT Arena, MEGOGO, DOU, Projector Institute.We are looking for a Travel & Assistance Specialist to ensure flawless organization of business trips, offsites, and strategic events — creating the right conditions for efficient work across C-level and teams.You’ll be a reliable partner to C-level executives, supporting them with day-to-day operational and organizational tasks, and helping the company move toward its goals.What You’ll DoTravel coordinationPlan and manage business trips, offsites, and internal events for teams and C-level;Handle bookings for flights, hotels, and transfers, coordinating all logistics.Resolve travel issues such as flight changes, cancellations, visa questions, and itinerary updates.Maintain travel policies and supporting materials (guides, checklists, templates).Coordinate team trips and offsites (quantums, teambuildings, hackathons).Assistance to C-levelPlan and coordinate strategic sessions, offsites, and meetings for C-level;Oversee travel and meeting logistics for executives (schedules, partners, documentation);Handle executive requests and ad-hoc tasks, ensuring timely, high-quality execution;Facilitate communication between C-level and other teams during events and offsites;Maintain structure, confidentiality, and efficiency in daily operations.About You2+ years of experience in travel coordination, executive assistance, or a similar administrative role;Proven experience in organizing business trips — from booking logistics to managing documentation;Confident user of travel management tools and online booking systems;Skilled in Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets);Experience in budget management and cost optimization;English — Upper-Intermediate or higher (both written and spoken);Strong organizational and multitasking skills, able to meet deadlines;Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents, tickets, and itineraries.Why OBRIO is the best place to work?Here you’ll be part of a strong family, surrounded by people ready to support you, who share your interests and contribute to your development.
