Travel Consultant - CruiseAbout the RoleWe’re looking for an experienced Travel Consultant to join a fast-paced travel team at a leading cruise brand known for delivering unforgettable experiences. You’ll handle end-to-end travel bookings, craft personalised cruise packages, and ensure every client enjoys a seamless and memorable experience.Key Responsibilities:Provide high-quality customer service to both direct customers and trade partners, handling enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.Prepare quotes, follow up on leads, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.Book and manage cruises, flights, hotels, transfers, and packaged itinerariesProcess payments, deposits, and documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.Resolve customer queries efficiently, liaising with internal departments and suppliers where required.Drive performance by meeting KPIs and sales targets while fostering repeat and referral business.Skills & Experience:Minimum 2 years travel industry experience across retail, wholesale, or cruise.Strong knowledge of cruise products, airfare and GDS (experience essential).Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional phone manner.Ability to multitask and manage time effectivelyStrong organisational skills and attention to detail.What This Role Offers:Salary - $60K - $65K + SuperCruise Benefits – Exclusive cruise discounts and onboard perksCompany Culture – Collaborative, energetic and supportive work environmentHybrid Working Flexibility - Balance office and remote work
