Travel Consultant

About the role As a Flight Sales Representative, your main responsibility will be to promote and sell flight tickets to customers primarily based in the UK market. You will handle inbound inquiries, make outbound sales calls, and provide travel advice to customers while achieving sales targets.Roles &Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries regarding flight bookings, fares, and travel-related queriesPromote flight deals, special offers, and travel packages to customersUpsell additional services such as travel insurance and hotel accommodationsBuild and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance loyaltyMeet and exceed individual and team sales targets consistentlyCollaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a smooth booking process.Requirements:Previous sales experience in the travel industryStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProven track record of meeting sales targetsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing prioritiesProficiency in using GDS software and other sales tools
