Overview:The Travel Consultant will report to the Business and Development Sales Managers.Their mission is to excel at selling vacation packages to our main destinations, Colombia, Panama, Nicaragua, Belize, Guatemala, and Costa Rica.The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, and the travel industry and understand our mission, vision, and values.Tasks:Consult with clients to gather detailed informationWork with our software programs to build and implement detailed itinerariesEducate and inform clients about our products and services.Revise itineraries as needed per client feedback and make knowledgeable suggestionsBuild and maintain relationships with your accounts.Required skills:Perfect spoken & written English.2+ years of Sales experience1+ years of Travel industry experienceAbility to problem solveComplete or partial knowledge of our destinations.Ability to stay organized and manage time effectivelyAttention to detailExcellent communication skills and relationship building skills
