From private aviation and rare access to global events to bespoke journeys, experiences, and beyond, we are the invisible hand behind the world’s wealthiest travelers and their most memorable moments.We are looking for Luxury Experience Designers (specialized in Italy) to join our fast-paced, international team in Chiasso.YOU WILLManage and coordinate Luxury Travel Requests from A to Z, reporting to the Team LeaderHandle full itineraries, ground operations, hotels, villas, logistics, and exclusive experiencesCommunicate daily with luxury suppliers, travel agencies, and international experienced advisorsDesign #tailor-made itineraries and proposals for elite clienteleMaintain close contact with suppliers and clients to ensure total satisfactionUse BeConcierge CRM to create and track bookingsApply strategic sales techniques to close deals and exceed goalsCollaborate with your team to resolve any client concerns swiftly and gracefullyGather and report client feedback to constantly elevate serviceWith the right seniority, lead and supervise assistant bookersYOU AREFluent in English (Other languages are a plus)Deeply passionate about Luxury travel, #lifestyle, and #serviceBased around Chiasso – this is an in-office position onlySkilled at working under pressure with flawless attention to detailComfortable with quick math, pricing, and costingExperienced in the travel or hospitality industry, ideally from:Travel agencies / Tour operatorsConcierge companies / Luxury hotelsWedding or event planningFamily offices or luxury sales rolesPositive, proactive, and client-focusedMotivated, stylish, and ready to grow in a fast-moving environmentWE OFFERA starting salary of CHF 43,500 gross/year, plus great performance-based incentivesMacBook and iPhone providedA key position within a leading international B2B travel brandA dynamic, multicultural team of travel expertsAn inspiring work environment in the heart of ChiassoConstant learning, innovation, and the chance to shape unforgettable experiencesReal opportunities for growth and leadershipYOU LIVEApplicants must already reside in the surrounding area.
