Texas Sky Travels is looking for Travel Experience Officer (Ticketing & Operations)Job Description / ResponsibilityReports To: General Manager – Operations & Business GrowthJob Purpose:To handle client bookings, air ticket issuance, and after-sales service ensuring smooth and timely travel experiences.Key Responsibilities:Process air tickets through GDS.Handle booking requests, re-issuance, refunds, and travel documentation.Maintain client communication via email, phone, and WhatsApp.Ensure timely payment collection and proper record keeping.Coordinate with airlines and corporate clients to resolve issues.Support marketing & operations teams as per business need.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in MarketingBachelor’s degree (Tourism, Business or relevant field).Experience Requirements1 to 3 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Group of CompaniesAdditional Requirements1–3 years of ticketing or travel operations experience.Must have hands-on experience with GDS.Customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills.Attention to detail, accuracy, and promptness are must.Job LocationDhaka (Uttara Sector 3)
