Our portfolio includes skincare brands SHISEIDO, Clé de Peau Beauté, IPSA, ANESSA, THE GINZA, Drunk Elephant, and ELIXIR; makeup brand NARS; and fragrance brands narciso rodriguez and ISSEY MIYAKE PARFUMS.Main PurposeThe intern will support Cle de Peau Beaute for Brand & Marketing scope. The function requires interfacing with other Business Function teams (Digital, Retail Design, Retail Excellence, creative, commercial) & across Asia, the intern will be exposed to brand management fundamentals, as well as to the travel retail beauty industry with premium skincare brands. Other learning opportunities include the quick-evolving Chinese consumer retail landscape, and stakeholder management skills, working with people from various functions and countries. This role’s focus will primarily support 70% on Marketing and 30% support on Brand.Key Responsibilities Brand Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and innovation, including regular local market price tracking.Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including vendor sourcing and coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and relevance.Support budget management processes, including expense tracking and reporting.Assist in the preparation and coordination of global trade show activities to ensure seamless execution and brand consistency.MarketingProvide end-to-end support for campaign activities by liaising with relevant stakeholders (internal & external) to ensure smooth operations.Support & maintain marketing file management, including distribution, assortment, pricing, and translation documentation.Assist the team on vendor creation, PO/SO raising, quotation & invoice tracking and management of office inventory including deliveries Assist team on reports such as monthly regions report consolidation and sharingProvide support in copywriting and translation of assets/information between English and Chinese.Handle ad-hoc requests and facilitate communication between teams in Singapore and overseas offices.RequirementsUndergraduate or Postgraduate majoring in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalentProficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPointEffective communication skills (verbal & written) Self-starter, must be detail-oriented, high-energy levels, positive & enthusiasticPassionate or interest in the beauty industry will be an added advantageComfortable with numbers and analysis of dataFamiliar with China mainstream social and EC platforms & landscapeStrong research skill with ability to gather and analyse of data from a variety of sourcesPositive, enthusiastic and collaborative can-do mentalityStrong command of the Chinese language is a bonus
