As our Travel Retail Coordinator, you are the essential link between our sales team, internal departments, and external partners. While the sales team is traveling the world to grow our business in airports, cruises, and ferries, you make it possible for the business to run smoothly. You are the “spider in the web” who keeps the Travel Retail business connected and moving forward.Your role Ensure all processes, new concepts, and assortments are implemented in the Duty Free Channels (Airports & Cruises). Work closely with Account Managers to support them in managing their accounts and ensuring plans are achieved and implemented effectively. Act as the central go-to person for our international external partners and internal stakeholders, such as Program Management, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain. Take ownership of all master data tasks, from managing assortment sheets and pricing to ensuring accuracy in partner systems, with Excel as your daily toolkit. Take a hands-on role in initiating and driving projects to optimize processes and ways of working, while monitoring and guiding the implementation of new processes and systems.Daily collaboration The Coordinator works closely with the Key Account Manager and connects with: Program Management – to translate global concepts and assortments into partner-ready plans, ensuring each retailer knows what to order, which novelties to launch, and how to implement updates in-store. Supply Chain – to track orders, solve delivery issues, align on forecasts, and support smooth onboarding of new partners. Finance – to check account statements, request credit/debit notes, and align on outstanding payments. Operations – to give input on new tools and processes (e.g. Salesforce) so they are effective for the Travel Retail team.You’ll collaborate daily with international partners, navigating different cultures and communication styles to ensure effective teamwork and long-term partnerships.About The TeamOur Travel Retail team consists of two parts: the Hotel & Airlines team and the Duty Free team. You will be part of the Duty Free team, supporting one of the Duty Free Key Account Managers and their specific region or partners.We are a close, international team with a hands-on mentality and a work hard, play harder culture. We collaborate closely across different markets and time zones, always aiming to deliver great results while keeping team spirit and fun at the heart of what we do.Why this role matters As Coordinator, you are the backbone of the team, without you, plans cannot be executed. You enable Account Managers to deliver on their account plans and directly contribute to the success and growth of our Travel Retail business.Bring all of you Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working, with high attention to detail. A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment. Advanced Excel knowledge and strong analytical skills, with an affinity for systems and processes. A true team player who communicates clearly and professionally with both internal stakeholders and external partners. 2–3 years of relevant work experience.Location and Working Conditions While flexible working is available, this role requires a strong on-site presence to engage with stakeholders and build connections effectively.
