Job Description

Job Purpose:The Operations Officer is responsible for managing and executing the daily travel operations of the agency, including flight ticket issuance, hotel reservations, and visa processing. The role requires strong experience with GDS systems and excellent coordination skills to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Issue flight tickets accurately through GDS systems (Galileo, Amadeus, or Sabre).Handle hotel bookings, ground services, and travel packages according to client requirements.Process and prepare visa applications (Arabic visas, Schengen, UK, and others).Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel suppliers to confirm bookings and resolve issues.Follow up on pending bookings, payments, and travel documentation.Maintain updated client files, reservations, and transaction records.Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company policies and client expectations.Support management with daily operational reports and updates.Assist with customer inquiries, quotation preparation, and itinerary planning when required.
