Job Summary:We are seeking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Support Team Leader to assist the growing team of travel advisors. This role is essential to our daily operations, ensuring smooth communication, accurate documentation, and timely resolution of both client and agent needs. If you're passionate about Disney, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy supporting others, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.Key Responsibilities:Respond promptly to agent and client inquiries via email and internal messaging platformsAssist with booking confirmations, payment tracking, and supplier communicationsPerform administrative tasks such as updating spreadsheets, organizing digital documents, and managing shared inboxesTroubleshoot booking or payment discrepancies with a calm, solution-focused approachSupport the onboarding process for new agents by guiding them through internal systems and toolsCommunicate policy updates, reminders, and time-sensitive information clearly and professionallyMaintain accurate records and escalate complex issues to team leads when necessaryQualifications:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsExceptional attention to detail and strong follow-throughProficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)Prior experience in customer service, administrative support, or the travel industry is a plusSelf-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independentlyWeekend availability is requiredPreferred Skills:Familiarity with Disney destinations, cruise lines, or major tour operatorsExperience using booking platforms and/or CRM systemsStrong multitasking skills and the ability to stay organized in a dynamic work environment
