We are in the process of registering our company in Estonia.  We operate across three dynamic subsidiaries: Sanrachna Steel, Baghiraa Café & CoWork, and Baghiraa Earth Labs.​​Sanrachna Steel is a value-driven design firm specializing in high-quality steel detailing for commercial and industrial projects, with over 450 successful builds in the U.S. and a focus on sustainable practices in engineering and design.Baghiraa Café & CoWork is a minimal waste café and co-working facility in Bangalore, India that is over 90% plastic free. Our café offers vegan/vegetarian, farm-to-table meals that align with our commitment to earth-conscious living.Baghiraa Earth Labs is our vehicle for change. Creating and sharing knowledge is at the core of our mission. We are currently developing sites in Atlanta and Colorado that follow Earthship principles, using recycled materials to build spaces that include a co-working space and café for the community, an outdoor multi-use kitchen, residential quarters for employees, and a garden that also serves as a habitat for various farm animals. We are committed to reducing waste, rethinking how spaces are built and used, and creating models of living and working that are healthy, inclusive, and regenerative.JOB TITLE - TRAVELING EXECUTIVE ASSISTANTWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Traveling Executive Assistant to support our Founder in managing administrative, operational, and cross-functional stakeholders across legal, finance, HR, Technology, and Strategic Initiatives. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage a dynamic and fast-paced workload. This position is ideal for professionals with strong organizational and communication skills, who are eager to travel, learn, and grow into a broader business or leadership role over time. The position is based in Tallinn, Estonia however continuous domestic and international travel is required anywhere from 3-9 months a year to support our Founder with new and ongoing projects in the Netherlands, India, Estonia and United States.CORE RESPONSIBILITIESProvide day-to-day administrative support to the President/Director, including help with contracts, licenses, legal papers, and financial tasks.Assist in internal reviews by collecting information, organizing reports, and helping improve work processes.Help manage company tools and software by tracking usage, scheduling updates, and coordinating with vendors.Support budget work by preparing documents, handling invoices, and keeping payment records up to date.Organize and assist in company events by managing schedules, communication, and follow-ups.Work with different teams to keep project documents organized, track progress, and ensure smooth communication and file sharing.GENERAL REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or GED equivalent (a university degree is a plus, but not required)Basic understanding of administrative workflows, business processes, and project coordinationStrong command and proficiency in English and Estonian, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus)Comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms), PowerPoint, Calendar Management and familiar with cloud-based CRM and accounting platformsMust be tech-savvy with strong proficiency in digital tools, software applications, and modern office technologies to streamline workflows and support executive efficiencyStrong attention to detail, with a structured and process-oriented mindsetExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to listen actively, understand team needs, and facilitate clear communication across internal and external stakeholdersADDITIONAL INFORMATION Location: Based in Tallinn, Estonia however continuous domestic and international travel is required anywhere from 3-9 months a yearWorking hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (CEST). Evening and weekend availability is required depending on workload and time zone coordinationCompensation: Based on experience and performanceContract Type: Independent contractor with the possibility of transitioning to a fixed employment contract after 1-2 years based on mutual fit and performance
