Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Traveling Project Manager to oversee federal construction projects across various locations. The ideal candidate will manage project execution, ensure compliance with government regulations, and serve as the primary liaison between our company and federal stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute federal construction projects from initiation to completion.Coordinate with military and government officials to ensure project requirements are met.Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve project goals.Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and standards.Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management.Lead project teams, providing guidance and support to achieve project objectives.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in federal or military projects.Strong knowledge of construction processes and federal regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to travel frequently and work on-site at various project locations.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.BenefitsCompetitive Pay: $190,000 annual salaryPerformance Bonus: $100,000 upon project completionTravel Support:$60/day per diemAll travel expenses coveredTruck allowance or company vehicle providedPrivate aircraft available for project travelLodging: All accommodations fully paidWork Schedule:6-day work weeks (~60 hours)Paid week off after every 5-6 weeks onsiteCareer Growth: Opportunity for long-term engagement on future projects with a rapidly growing contractorEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
