Job Description

SUMMARY OF PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Tray/set assembly along with tray/set reconciliation. Keeps accurate records and documentation of all transactions involved with the trays and sets, both incoming and outgoing in the shipping and receiving logsKeeps accurate records and documentation of all transactions involved with the sets, through the use of SageContact customers regarding missing or extra implants/instrumentsContact customers regarding specific needs to ensure their request are processed properlyAccurate monitoring and storage of inventorySupporting the sales force through the providing of technical informationProviding tray/set availability to customers. Must report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor. Maintain the work area in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed regulations. Support the shipment of goods produced and the received goods and supplies to be used in or to aid in the production/storage of goods destined for sale to our customer base. Perform shipping duties. Must be familiar with proper packaging methods and able to interpret visual aids used to convey specific packaging requirementsWork with purchasing, receiving, and operations departments to monitor status of back ordered productsResponsible for ensuring there is an adequate supply of shipping materials on hand at all times. Working in coordination with the purchasing department to ensure there is the stock required to build sets, and fill inventory requests.
