Quality Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality standards, improving processes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and client expectations. A strong background in PPAP, QMS, and ISO documentation is essential. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain PPAP documentation as per customer and industry requirements. Manage and update all Audit and ISO Documentation to meet compliance standards. Implement, monitor, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) across departments. Conduct SPC (Statistical Process Control) analysis to ensure product consistency and quality.

Provide training and development to staff on quality systems, procedures, and tools. Participate in internal and external quality audits and support audit readiness. Identify root causes for quality issues and implement corrective/preventive actions. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure process and product compliance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of PPAP documentation and submission processExperience in ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 documentation and complianceProficient in SPC tools and data interpretationHands-on experience in audit preparation and documentationKnowledge of QMS implementation and maintenanceExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to train and mentor team members on quality-related processesQualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial or related field preferred)3–5 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality engineering roleBenefits : Accommodation free of cost ,Canteen, OT, ESI, PF, Bonus, Gratuity.
