You’ll help streamline financial operations, optimize liquidity, and shape best practices that drive sustainable growth.Treasury Analyst ResponsibilitiesPrepare and analyze daily cash positioning, ensuring timely account fundingConduct cash reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and ensure financial accuracyDevelop and maintain cash forecasts to guide strategic liquidity planningPerform variance analysis to explain cash flow fluctuationsSupport and refine Treasury policies for compliance and efficiencyGenerate ad hoc reports to assess financial performance and cash needsAssist with banking platform transactions (JPM Access), including wires, checks, and FXCollaborate with departments including HR, AP, AR, Tax, and AuditResolve bank-related inquiries and provide high-quality internal supportParticipate in Treasury projects to improve operations and scalabilityTreasury Analyst RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field2+ years’ experience in Treasury or Financial OperationsStrong cash management and reconciliation skillsExcel proficiency; Power BI, SAP, and Kyriba experience preferredHighly organized, analytical, and deadline-drivenAgile mindset and experience in a fast-paced/start-up environmentJump into a role where your insight drives financial clarity and business growth.
