The Treasury Analyst will execute standardized, repetitive work such processing of intercompany Netting, administration of in-house bank duties, confirmation and payment processing of FX and Investments trades in SAP and supporting stakeholders, serve as the first point of contact for other departments in their queries and will support other team members in their day to day responsibilities.A Day in the LifeReviewing, confirming and settling treasury trades in SAPProcessing of Treasury related paymentsResponsible for SAP In-House Bank activities like intercompany NettingResponsible for SAP administration of Trade finance; Bank Guarantees / LC and other treasury products.Responding to queries from internal and external stakeholders like other LYB’s departments and cash management banks. Responsible for regulatory reporting like EMIR reportingCreating Treasury reportsSupporting Cash Flow Forecast preparation and reconciliationActing as back up of other team membersWork on ad hoc topics as requested by the line ManagerPerform other treasury related activities with guidance from more senior members of the teamParticipating in Treasury projects and other system enhancements as and when requiredMonitor the relevant Treasury Documentation (procedures and work instructions) to ensure compliance and report process changes to ensure these remain accurate.You Bring This ValueMinimum Bachelor’s degree required, with a major in Business, Accounting, Finance or similar field1-5 years of experience in finance, accounting or treasury role in a complex organizationTreasury experience in a multinational company is preferredEnglish skills, additional language preferredAdvanced Excel skills (including macros) and power pointKnowledge of Power BI is preferredSAP experience is strongly preferredStrong communication skillsWell-organised, structured working approachAbility to clearly, effectively and constructively communicate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholdersStrong focus on accuracy and detailAble to work under pressure in a company with an international cultureInnovative and results orientedCollaborate effectively and be able to work within a team but also independentlyCompetenciesBuild PartnershipsDeliver ResultsDrive InnovationGrow CapabilitiesPromote InclusionMotivational FitTechnical SkillsWhat We OfferWe offer an environment where we encourage personal and professional growth and where you will be rewarded for your performance and results.
