Job Description

The primary purpose of this role is to provide oversight and management of the Accounts Payable and Treasury Administration function based in Hyderabad, India, ensuring the effective delivery of payment and treasury services to a portfolio of Real Estate funds. The role is responsible for maintaining high standards of delivery service, operational efficiency, risk management, and client satisfaction in accordance with established operating frameworks, KPIs, and SLAs.Main Tasks:Provide oversight of service delivery for a designated portfolio of real estate funds, ensuring adherence to established operating frameworks, KPIs, and SLAs.Assess headcount requirements, participate in staff recruitment, support onboarding, and provide ongoing performance feedback to team members.Act as the primary point of contact for clients on treasury-related matters, working closely with the Client Account Lead to ensure seamless communication and service.Manage escalations and incidents through successful resolution, including assessment of the impact on funds and coordination of financial recovery where applicable.Conduct periodic reviews of operational processes, identifying and implementing improvements to mitigate risks and enhance efficiency.Deliver on-the-job training to team members on payments and treasury matters, including compliance with KYC and AML requirements.Support the execution of payments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.Experience:Proven experience in accounts payable, treasury operations, or financial services, preferably within real estate funds or asset management. Experience managing teams in a shared service or offshore environment is an asset.Technical Skills:Strong understanding of payment processing, cash management, and treasury operations.Familiarity with KYC, AML, and other regulatory requirements related to payments and treasury activities.Proficiency in using financial systems and treasury management software (e.g. Kyriba, or similar platforms).Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze and interpret financial data.Leadership & Management:Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.Client Service & Communication:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.Experience acting as a primary point of contact for clients on operational matters.Other Attributes:High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Strong sense of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.Flexible and adaptable, with a continuous improvement mindset.
