This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and is ready to take ownership of all treasury operationsAbout the Treasury Manager opportunity:Oversee daily cash flow management to ensure optimal liquidity and operational efficiency.Manage all payment processes and treasury transactions with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness.Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions, ensuring effective utilization of banking instruments.Develop and implement treasury policies, procedures, and controls to support business growth.Monitor and forecast cash positions, working capital needs, and foreign exchange exposure.Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management regarding treasury operations and funding strategies.Skills and experience needed:Minimum of 10 years’ experience in treasury management, ideally within large-scale or complex organizations.Proven track record in hands-on payment operations and cash flow management.Strong knowledge of banking products, treasury systems, and financial instruments.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.A strong, confident personality with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certification is a plus.This is an opportunity to be part of a leading retail group that values innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence.
