BASIC FUNCTION The Treasury Supervisor is responsible for overseeing cash management, liquidity planning, and ensuring the availability of funds to meet the company's payment obligations. This position involves maintaining accurate records of financial assets and liabilities and preparing regular reports on cash flow. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Perform cash planning and liquidity management to ensure sufficient cash is available for the company’s payment obligations. Certify the availability of cash for various operational and financial needs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date ledgers for all assets related to company liquidity. Oversee the tracking and management of all company loans. Prepare periodic reports detailing the sources and uses of cash. Monitor cash balances and recommend actions to optimize cash flow. Liaise with internal departments, external banks, and other financial institutions as necessary. Review and approve payments, ensuring they align with cash flow forecasts. Provide financial insights to senior management on liquidity and cash positions. Assist in developing strategies to improve liquidity management. Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned to meet the evolving needs of the organization. QUALIFICATION GUIDES Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or related field. Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) but not required. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in treasury, finance, or accounting roles. Strong knowledge of cash management, financial analysis, and treasury operations. Proficient in using financial software and spreadsheets. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
