This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to grow their career in the healthcare field while making a meaningful impact on patients' lives.What You’ll Be DoingAct as the first point of contact for new and existing patients—whether by phone, email, or in personCollect key information from new patient inquiries and guide them through the next stepsPresent treatment and financial options to patients with confidence and clarityReview contracts and payment plans with new patients and their familiesCoordinate insurance information and respond to coverage inquiriesHandle payments and ensure all documentation is accurate and completeConduct follow-up calls and assist with re-booking appointmentsPrepare letters for doctors and collect required signaturesSupport the front desk team as neededOther administrative or patient care duties as requiredWhat We’re Looking ForExcellent communication and interpersonal skills—you love talking to people and making them feel at easeA natural flair for customer service and building relationshipsSales experience is preferred—you’re confident presenting options and helping people make informed decisionsAbility to stay organized and handle multiple tasks in a busy environmentPositive, can-do attitude and a collaborative mindsetDental Assistant Level II and NDAEB certification are assets but not requiredMonday to Thursday!Great Hours | Competitive Pay | Amazing Team CultureDavis Orthodontics is an equal-opportunity employer.
