With multiple new store openings and acquisitions on the horizon, we’re looking for a dynamic Regional General Manager to lead and inspire our teams across the Chicago South Side.
The Opportunity As our Regional General Manager, you will have full operational and P&L responsibility for multiple locations, driving performance, profitability, and growth. You’ll lead store managers and their teams, fostering a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, customer service excellence, and team development. This role is both strategic and hands-on — perfect for a leader who enjoys being in the field, working side-by-side with their teams, and shaping the future of a fast-growing organization.
What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a proven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and is passionate about building high-performing teams. To be successful, you’ll bring: 5–10 years of multi-unit leadership experience in automotive service, tire retail, or a closely related industry — or comparable experience demonstrating similar scope and responsibility. Full P&L ownership experience, with a history of managing multiple locations and leading multiple direct reports. Sharp business and financial acumen, with a consistent record of driving store performance, profitability, and operational excellence. Hands-on growth experience, including both new store construction and strategic acquisitions.
A track record of developing talent—coaching, mentoring, and advancing team members while embracing a servant leadership approach. A valid driver’s license and the flexibility to travel up to 75% throughout the Chicago South Side and surrounding markets. Residence within or near the Chicago South Side (within a comfortable commuting distance to key store locations). Preferred QualificationsBilingual language skills (English/Spanish strongly preferred) to support diverse teams and customer bases. Experience navigating city codes, zoning, and permitting processes for both new builds and acquisitions. Background in rapid growth environments, particularly in scaling retail operations across multiple markets.
Formal leadership training or certifications in operations, management, or organizational development — or comparable on-the-job expertise. Proven success in implementing operational efficiencies and leveraging technology to improve service delivery.
