Job Summary: The role is responsible for the growth of Bifm Unit Trusts assets under management in line with business strategy, through execution of business development objectives, and achievement of sales targets. Key Performance Areas: Supervise & drive high performance of Sales Distribution Team in order to meet sales targets.
Implement sales initiatives in line with Sales strategy to increase sales and client flowsProvide training & support of Sales TeamSupervise Team Leaders & Sales TeamPipeline management and business development trackingPeriodic reporting on Sales performanceClient relationship managementPreparation of Quarterly FactsheetsContinuous review and refinement of sales process for improvement and enhanced efficiencyManage & monitor intermediary relationships and performanceManagement of sales distribution channels in order to meet sales targets and objectivesPrepare Sales proposals & conduct client presentationsQualificationsBusiness Degree (Financial Planning, Marketing, Business Administration)Professional qualification in sales and/or financial planning would be added advantageExperienceAt least 5 years of relevant work experience in a Sales environment within the financial services sector.
Experience in an asset/investment management environment would be an added advantage. Skills & CompetenciesSales skills. Computer literacy (must be conversant in Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
