Your Main ResponsibilitiesBuilding and running a start-up business operation from scratchManage first-mile coordination between our warehouse and cargo partners and follow up on their performance as a stakeholder management scopeFollow KPI's and perform corrective activities in case of needsCreate effective solutions to operational problemsCreate new alternative solutions to give the best delivery experience to customerQualities We're Looking ForBachelor’s degree from reputable universities (engineering, business administration, economy, etc.

Teams are expected to work from our offices on designated days each week, fostering team spirit, creativity and cross team collaboration as part of our culture. We also provide a summer working model, with a two-month fully remote work opportunity during July and August. The hybrid working model only applies to hybrid roles; on-site roles require regular office presence.
