Place of work: Vienna / BratislavaResponsibilities: Project Management• Lead and manage real estate development and refurbishment projects from initial planning to successful delivery• Represent the investor in all project phases, ensuring strategic alignment and execution excellence• Define and manage project scope, budget, timeline, and risk mitigation strategies. • Coordinate internal stakeholders and external consultants, engineers, architects, and contractors • Prepare and manage tenders for contractors and subcontractors, lead contract negotiations.
• Maintain project documentation, oversee reporting, and keep senior management informed on progress, risks, and milestonesProperty and Facility Management• Supervise the technical operations of the property portfolio, including maintenance, safety, cleaning, security, and emergency procedures• Manage service contracts and ensure high-quality delivery from external providers• Conduct facility inspections and manage repair works, technical systems, and energy performance• Maintain strong tenant relationships and respond to facility-related inquiries or concernSustainability & Compliance• Ensure all projects and facility operations comply with applicable building, environmental, and safety regulations• Integrate sustainability practices into project planning and day-to-day facility management• Use CAFM and BMS systems to monitor performance and drive operational efficiency• Support corporate ESG and sustainability initiativesRequirements• University degree, focus:
Civil Engineering, Architecture or similar• At least 5 years of professional experience in project management of commercial or industrial real estate• In-depth knowledge of technical property and facility management• Experience with procurement procedures, construction processes, and regulatory requirements • Confident use of CAFM and BMS systems• Very good knowledge of German, Slovak OR Czech, AND English. • Strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a structured working methodFinancial package, benefits• min. 5. 000 EUR brutto / month, depending on seniority level• 13th salary• Company car• Work in a pleasant family business environment in an international company• Space for self-realization, independence and impact on business
