We are recruiting for an investment firm with a mix of different asset sectors, and you will assist the senior management in preparation of regular management plans, detailing proposals and forecasts of net income, capital expenditure, sales and valuations, explanations of major variances to previous forecasts, written commentaries on key issues and any relevant assumptions. You will work with various teams with the development and delivery of the business plan. You will evaluate industrial, hospitality, commercial real estate investment including build to lease, development, acquisition and divestment opportunities in Singapore and in the APAC region.
You will support asset management team in reviewing portfolio performance, portfolio valuation and asset enhancement. You will build, develop, update financial models for portfolio valuation, performance assessment and analysis. You will conduct market research on real estate trends, market insights, capitalization rates and market comparable. You will also be assisting in transaction due diligence, negotiation of leases/agreements with potential tenants and operators as well as assessing risks and opportunities associated with potential acquisitions or developments. RequirementsProven 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis within the real estate sector, particularly in industrial and/or hospitality.
