Let’s find out below!What type of people are we looking for?Minimum of 2 years of experience in UI or visual interface design, ideally within digital products or e-commerce platforms Strong portfolio showcasing pixel-perfect user interfaces and responsive design across devices Experience in e-commerce, FMCG, convenience, or health & wellness sectors is a plus Proficiency in Figma, including auto layout, components, interactive prototypes, and style guide creation Understanding of WCAG accessibility principles and how they apply to UI design Excellent visual design skills:
typography, spacing, layout, color theory, and hierarchy Fluent in English and Polish (minimum C1 level), with clear and professional written and verbal communication Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate with developers, UX designers, and stakeholders And it’s not the end!
