 This is a mid-level position ideal for a marketer who thrives on building and managing campaigns that span multiple channels – web, email, events, paid media, and partnerships –and who’s excited to help position Trio as a trusted partner in the energy and sustainability space.

Responsibilities Own campaign strategy and execution across inbound and outbound channels to generate qualified leads and elevate brand visibilityDevelop and deliver multi-touch campaigns aligned to business goals—including webinars, events, content programs, email nurture, and paid mediaCollaborate with subject matter experts and the Content team to produce thought leadership and insights that resonate with key audiencesManage the webinar and event calendar, ensuring compelling content, strong participation, and effective pre-event outreach and post event follow-upCoordinate with writers, designers, analysts, digital and social marketers to develop high-performing assets, content, and campaign data —landing pages, emails, case studies, and sales toolsAnalyze campaign performance using data and marketing analytics to identify opportunities for optimization and improved ROIPartner with sales, business development, and advisory teams to ensure message alignment, market relevance, and campaign supportBuild and maintain relationships with industry associations and partners to expand reach and co-market strategicallyEnsure all marketing communications follow brand standards and messaging guidelinesRequirements:

4–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in professional services, energy, or sustainability sectorsProven ability to lead end-to-end marketing campaigns, from concept to execution to analysisStrong command of digital marketing channels—including email, social, paid media, SEO, and content marketingExperience running and managing webinars and live, hybrid, and external events, from planning through post-event engagementFamiliarity with tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Microsoft D365 (or similar), and marketing project management and automation platformsComfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Preferences:

Degree in marketing, business, or a related field (sustainability, communications, events)Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills—able to translate technical insights into compelling client-facing contentIndustry experience or a passion for energy, sustainability, and market transformation is a plusTrio is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
