Selects the best methodology to achieve the outcomes identified in a work plan or project. Responsible for collecting information, perform analysis and make recommendations that will be used by others on a higher hierarchical level. Analyzes situations or problems compared with previous situations to identify a pattern, a root cause and develop a corrective action plan. Responsible for operational duties related to daily investments and liquidity management, administering and settlement of transactions, preparing management reports.

What You'll Do Maintains the administration of the private investments portfolio: books cash flows in relevant spreadsheets, provides cash flow tickets to the rest of the team to ensure booking in the investment system (PAM), updates valuations based on incoming statements, performs a quarter end review as part of the Financial Statement closing procedure. Performs daily cash management and settlement of public market transactions. Updates daily cash movements in the 90-day cash forecast and Clinics liquidity forecast. Provides information to internal audit, external auditors, subsidiaries, OCS, OCIF, rating agencies, consultants, and others.

Performs monthly closing of the investment portfolio (GAAP and STAT), executes SOX closing controls. Maintains (booking and setup) investments in the investment system. Collects and analyzes data with regards to banking projects. Performs operational banking duties (opening and closing of accounts, authorized signature updates, pledging of securities, etc. ). Prepares management information (investment report, liquidity information, ad hoc requests). Prepares reports and provides information to others for the quarterly Financial Statement closings, following procedures and using corresponding worksheets. Any other duties within the finance department. What You'll BringBachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting, with one (1) to three (3) years of experience.
