Key Responsibilities: Lead medium to large-scale IT projects independently, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal project teams. Oversee project deliverables, plans, and documentation, ensuring alignment with client expectations. Conduct milestone reviews and proactively manage risks, issues, and client expectations. Ensure projects stay within budget and handle change requests from client effectively. Maintain strong client relationships and identify growth opportunities. Lead and mentor a small team of project executives, fostering their professional growth. Promote teamwork and high morale within the team. Requirements:
5+ years of IT project management experience, PMP certification will be an advantage. Proven track record in delivering medium to large-scale projects. Strong domain expertise, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Excellent presentation and communication skills (English & Cantonese). Experience in team management and client engagement.
