Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Truck Driver Recruiter located in Niš. The Truck Driver Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and recruiting qualified truck drivers, ensuring compliance with DOT regulations, communicating with potential candidates, managing driver retention efforts, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves daily interaction with drivers and candidates, coordinating recruitment activities, and maintaining accurate records of recruitment processes.
