They are seeking a proactive and hands-on HR Executive with a focus on talent acquisiton to join the dedicated team. The HR will play a key role in supporting the full spectrum of HR functions across the school. This includes recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, HR policy implementation, and day-to-day HR operations. Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for academic and non-academic staffMaintain employee records and HR databases in compliance with regulationsSupport performance appraisal processes and staff development initiativesAdvise staff and management on HR policies and best practicesCoordinate work pass applications and ensure compliance with MOM regulationsHandle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary mattersOversee compensation and benefits administration in collaboration with financeAssist in organizing staff engagement and wellness activitiesEnsure HR policies and practices align with local laws and the school’s valuesRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in from a reputable universityMinimum 1 year of relevant HR experience, preferably in an education or service-oriented environmentProficiency in Mandarin/Chinese is required for this role.
