Department: Human ResourcesReports To: Head of HRLocation: Seoul📌 Position SummaryThis position is part of the Human Resources department and is responsible for supporting a wide range of HR administrative functions, including payroll administration. The role will assist in overall HR-related activities. The position holder will work under the direct supervision and guidance of the Head of HR to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of HR and administrative processes. This is a one-year contract position with a possiblility of conversion to a full-time role upon successful completion of the contract.
🧭 Key ResponsibilitiesThe main tasks of the position will include but will not be limited to the following: Prepare payroll data and review all the payroll information. Manage Payroll vendor ensuring its data accuracy and develop process improvement in payroll. Work as a focal point of payroll matters for various audit, tax and labor office if necessary. Manage social insurance contributions in compliance with national regulations. Manage various benefit programs. Assist Head of HR for market data analysis, salary increase, incentive calculations and etc. Support the planning and execution of company-wide events such as workshops and kick-off meetings.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department. 🎓 Qualifications and ExperienceEssential: Bachelor’s degreeGraduates, or individuals with 1–2 years of experience in HR, or a similar role (internship experience preferred)Strong command of the English language (written and spoken)Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsDesirable:
